Who is responsible for your data

What we collect on this website

Browsing guarango.es does not require an account and we do not ask you for personal data to read any page. We do load two third-party measurement tools that set identifiers in your browser and receive your IP address, the pages you view and basic device information.

  • Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) — aggregate audience measurement: pages viewed, approximate location, device and referrer.
  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) — measures how many people reach the site from our Instagram and Facebook posts and adverts.
  • Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited) — the typefaces on this site are requested from fonts.googleapis.com, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

Services we link to

Booking a table, ordering delivery and joining the Smash Club happen on external services that run under their own privacy policies. When you follow one of those links you leave guarango.es and the data you enter is handled by that provider.

Legal basis and retention

Analytics and advertising measurement rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by blocking cookies in your browser or by using its tracking protection. Enquiries you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you, and are kept only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any follow-up.

Google Analytics data is retained under Google's standard retention window; measurement data held by Meta follows Meta's own retention schedule. We do not sell personal data and we do not build advertising profiles ourselves.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or request that it be restricted or exported. Write to us at contacto@guarango.es and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
